Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Employee Experience Program Manager. This role will have two main scopes –
  • Responsibility for creating and managing a team of Employee Advocates. The primary goal of this team will be to enhance employee engagement and retention by providing a seamless and supportive employee experience throughout their journey with our company.
  • Leading various employee programs – Recharge, Returnship, Senior Talents, Apprenticeship, & Sustainability

Responsibilities:
Employee Advocate Team Management: Build and lead a team of Employee Advocates who will serve as the main point of contact for employees. This team will balance digital platforms and technology with a personalized human touch to provide exceptional employee support. Collaborate with process owners to complement existing structure to ensure a cohesive employee experience.
Your team will –
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate Onboarding and Offboarding events
  • Support remote managers or those with limited capacity by offsetting some of their responsibilities during employee onboarding
  • Organize social events to foster collaboration and networking among new hires, existing employees, and leaders.
  • Ensure offboarding is conducted in a caring manner, especially for potential boomerang employees, and encourage alumni advocacy.
  • Provide guidance to employees throughout their employment lifecycle.
  • Assist employees in navigating company policies, procedures, and resources.
  • Serve as a resource for employees during times of change, such as promotions, transfers, or role transitions.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
  • Help employees navigate various types of leaves (e.g., vacation, parental, medical). Ensure employees receive tailored support during their leave period.

Program Management
 Team will be responsible for the successful operations of our employee programs.
  • Recharge Program: Develop and oversee a program that provides talent to support employees on extended breaks (6 to 12 weeks). Ensure smooth transitions and maintain productivity during the absence of key team members.
  • Returnship Program: Continuation and expansion of our existing program that supports women who have taken a career break and wish to re-enter the workforce.
  • Senior Talents Program: Develop strategies to provide flexibility to senior employees while retaining their valuable knowledge and expertise. Create opportunities for ongoing growth and career development for senior employees.
  • Professional Apprenticeship: Oversee the growth and management of our professional apprenticeship.
  • Grow with Google Program: Collaborate with relevant teams to promote employee growth and development through Google programs and resources.
  • Sustainability for Employees: Manage our program supporting the prosumer journey for our employees – education, discounts, offers, etc.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in employee experience program management and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful employee experience initiatives.
  • Project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of programs.
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and collaborate effectively with remote team members.
  • Passion for creating a positive and engaging employee experience.
